HUP xc20 MTB hardtail frame

The HUP xc20 is a lightweight hardtail 20" wheeled MTB for cross-country trails, adventure or just plain fun. Born and raised at the UCI MTB World Champs in Glentress, Scotland in 2023, it's a double-butted 7005 frame with thru-axles, UDH hanger and modern XC geometry. Lightweight for the climbs (we believe it's easily the lightest 20" Aluminium frame on the market), but still highly capable on the fun descents, bike park trails and sweeping berms. The low standover/low stack gives riders the space to move on the tech sections. Big wheels for it's rider's size, kids-specific geometry (slightly slacker fork angle) and correct fitting components create an agile, responsive and seriously fun bike. The tiny squad had epic days out testing and developing the HUP xc in the Glentress forest, near Peebles.

The frame fits riders from approx 105cm upwards with a low maintenance design featuring full length outer cabling (including the option to fit a dropper post) plus the latest standards such as 12mm thru-axles, 2.4" tyre clearance and a tapered head tube - ensuring future compatibility. SRAM's Universal Deraillieur Hanger system (UDH) also brings the ease of a widely available hanger - so you don't get stuck on the trails after a tumble.

Included with this frame: frame, headset, mech hanger, thru-axle & cable fittings. HUP frames are handmade/painted in Taiwan. Frame protection tape is highly recommended.
