Lightweight for the climbs, but still capable of the technical descents, as found on modern trails and bike parks. The low standover/low stack gives riders the space to move on the techy sections and keeps shoulders down on faster sections.

The grom squad has had a riot testing and developing the HUP xc in the Glentress forest, near Peebles. Fast and flowing, tight and techy, steep and gnarly - it handles pretty much everything!
With 2 frame/wheel sizes covering riders from approx 105cm up to approx 145cm tall, now all the kids (not just Mum & Dad) are in for a treat. When progressing up a frame, they can carry-over many components like groupset, bars, saddle, brakes etc Thanks to the SRAM UDH hangher, parents also benefit from component sharing, life is simple with everyone on the same mech hanger!
A low maintenance design with full length outer cabling (including option to fit a dropper) plus the latest standards like thru-axles, 2.4" tyre clearance and a tapered head tube - ensures compatibility. SRAM's Universal Deraillieur Hanger (UDH) also brings the ease of a widely available hanger.
